HR Master Data & Payroll Senior Specialist

Job Purpose
Manage HR master data & payroll related requests/queries
Monitor and track HR master data, payroll, time management system, pension and recruitment support
Handling urgent issues
Update related process documentation
Support process trainings
Manage reporting related payroll processes
Develop and lead process trainings
Maintain SLA and Client reports
Initiate and deliver project assignment
Develop leadership skills
Perform additional tasks upon Team Lead request
Act on a daily basis as backup for Team Lead on operational level
Perform additional tasks upon Team Lead request
Escalate / Solve system related queries/issues
Assist other team members with operational requests and issues
Backup activity for other team members if it is needed

Main characteristics
Assisting in the full processing of the monthly payroll
Registration of all absence and attendance types (holiday, sickness, special absences etc.) in SAP
Assisting with the responsibility for the sickness supplement calculation and overtime payment calculation
Assisting with the responsibility for distributing payroll output, having checked for errors or omissions before distribution. If errors or omissions are identified take corrective actions for next payroll run
Responsible for support country contact in Pension administration on a daily basis
Responsible for update SAP with above mentioned master data changes
Assisting with the responsibility in maintaining accurate payroll records by ensuring that records are kept in accordance with quality standards
Assisting with the responsibility for entering payroll and core details on SAP EOP to ensure cut off dates met
Assisting with the responsibility for the full Time Management related administration
Follow up the employee movements on a monthly base with the needed system updates and payments (emission; admission; permutation; maternity leave, pension)
Follow up the incoming substitutions and maintenance (Vertretung / Höhergruppierung) with the needed Sharp Ops updates and payments
Follow up and update in the system with the employee shift related questions and queries
Certificates Registration
Create and distributes reports related to pension, time and master data management on time
Takes part in the Level 5 documentation of the team processes and keeps it updated
Keep required databases, templates and documentations up to date on a daily basis according to internal policies and other requirements applicable
Participate in the preparation of the month end close
Participate in external/internal audit
Ensure full compliance with AB-InBev standards, policies and procedures
Key dimensions (Headcount, turnover, ZBB)
Time management (overtime, shift premiums, certificates, etc.)
Management of the German pensioners
Master data of the employees updates
Recruitment support
Payroll support
Legal, compliance
Efficiency and improvement projects

Qualifications

A degree in related fields (Finance or HR) or experience on a related field is an advantage
Customer-oriented work experience is an advantage
Working experience with SAP is an advantage
Experience in Finance, Payroll, HR or other related positions is an advantage
Goal oriented
Detail oriented
Structured but can think beyond that
Team player
High ability to build and maintain strong long-term relations
Strong communication skills
Strong analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills
High level of IT affinity (MS Office applications: Excel, Word, Access, etc.)
SAP-HR knowledge is an advantage
Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing (min B2)
Fluent German in speaking, reading and writing (min B2)
Other European language which is relevant to the country of operation (French/Dutch) is an advantage
