About the role:

Customer Support/Service Professional is responsible for providing support to a wide range of services and you could be the first contact for this client, being responsible of representing the client.

The CSP will support customers, partners and other employees through a variety of channels such as phone, email and chat. Complex and out of scope work will be passed quickly to the next level of support.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in written and spoken English and German.
  • Some outstanding customer service experience in a service driven environment.
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to the customers.
  • Respond professionally to customer's phone calls with a friendly manner.
  • Prepare creative and accurate messages or send prepared responses to customer emails.
  • Find information and troubleshoot problems using provided resources.
